Meet the Team

Devin Kelly, LCSW
It is my belief that the most important life skill any person can have is asking for help. My ambition is to create an environment where my clients can feel safe and at ease doing just that. I work with clients to build a trusted, personal relationship where we can focus on their difficulties and collaborate to discover creative approaches to overcome obstacles, and set goals. I hope to build an honest non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts and behaviors to better understand themselves, their emotions, and strategize new approaches to cultivate the changes they want to make. I have been honored to spend my career providing support services to children, adolescents, adults, and new parents. The clients I work with have difficulties with personal relationships, loss, immigration, PTSD, CPTSD, perinatal, addiction, disordered eating, abuse, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

Meg Berry, LCSW
Life can feel overwhelming—whether it’s managing stress, coping with intense emotions, or navigating unexpected changes. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where empathy, understanding, and connection guide every session. I focus my practice on working with teens, emerging adults, and elders. I am a therapist committed to providing person-centered, trauma-informed care to survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. I have supported individuals with navigating mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and late diagnosis ADHD. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe and connected to everyday experiences. I take a collaborative approach that builds on your unique strengths, fostering authenticity and self-efficacy. Together, we will develop practical coping tools, deepen self-understanding, and build resilience. I am here to listen, support, and walk alongside you whether you are facing challenges at home, work, relationships, or simply want guidance with navigating life’s ups-and-downs. It is a privilege to witness each client’s growth as we work towards meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe therapy works best as an authentic partnership where you feel supported and free to show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where we can explore the challenges you’re facing while honoring and building on the strengths you already possess. I bring an empathetic presence, attuned listening, honest feedback, curiosity, and humor to our work together. I support teens and adults coping with difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse individuals including Autism and ADHD. Therapy is a wonderful process that can truly change how you see yourself, how you feel, and how you experience life. It is an honor to support individuals in this deeply personal work and to provide a safe space where meaningful growth can take place.
